Grill some sweet corn this weekend!

Dave tried grilling sweet corn for the first time last week, and it was absolutely delicious!  I love the flavor of the carmelized sugars when the corn is grilled enough to have tan grill marks on the kernels.  Of course, when you start with amazingly delicious and amazingly fresh sweet corn, it’s hard to go wrong!  (It’s even tasty raw!)  In chili or salsa, in “cowboy caviar” or as a side or main dish, fresh sweet corn is a true taste treat!  Get your fill this season!
